We understand that legal costs can be expensive and at Simon Burn Solicitors we take a proactive approach to costs. Our aim is to provide a cost effective service whilst getting you the best possible result.

We are happy to agree a fixed fee review meeting if you are facing criminal charges to see if you would like to work with us and identify what we can do to help you. Many clients find this reassuring.

We will look to offer fixed fees for various aspects of your case if possible so you know in advance what it will cost.

If we cannot offer a fixed fee (for example, if we do not know what will need to be done), we will agree budgets in advance before work is undertaken. This way there are no “nasty surprises”.

Whilst costs are predominantly charged on a time basis we have deep experience and expertise. This means we can work quickly to identify what needs to be done passing costs savings generated by our experience to you.
